During the spring of 2026, Sophie Snyder spent the semester developing Sophie Sweets through the Incubator, gaining hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, operations, branding, and hospitality leadership. As the first student concept brought to life in the space, Sophie Sweets served as both a creative outlet and a real-world business venture. Following graduation from Auburn University, Sophie is now focused on officially launching Sophie Sweets as her own company, continuing to grow the brand on Auburn’s campus.
